Peach and Burrata Salad with Basil and Balsamic Glaze Recipe

Here’s a delicious and refreshing end-of-summer peach recipe that makes great use of your Ginsu Katana Utility knife:

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Peaches:
Using your Ginsu Katana knife, slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Then, slice each peach half into thin, even wedges.

2. Arrange the Peaches:
On a large serving plate, arrange the peach slices in a circular pattern, slightly overlapping each slice to create a beautiful presentation.

3. Add the Burrata:
Tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the sliced peaches.

4. Garnish with Basil:
Tear or chiffonade the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them generously over the peaches and burrata.

5. Drizzle and Season:
Finish the salad by drizzling a light layer of balsamic glaze and a splash of extra virgin olive oil over the top. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Enjoy this vibrant, flavorful dish as a perfect way to savor the last of the summer peaches!
