Vibrant Veggie Chopped Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 ears of corn, kernels removed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables: Begin by thoroughly washing all the vegetables.
2. Chop the Vegetables:
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Dice the cucumber and red bell pepper.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Remove the kernels from the corn cobs.
- Dice the avocado.
- Slice the radishes.
- Chop the basil and cilantro leaves.
3. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables and herbs.
4. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
